It is impossible to guarantee that a contract will work in every state in the country because every state has different laws, regulations, court precedent, etc. Further, there are international and federal laws, and also local laws at the county and city level.
With that said, most content in this shop focuses on legal topics that tend to be the same or similar across state lines. Moreover, the content in the shop was created to be as enforceable as possible in as many states as possible. In certain situations, I call out provisions that are well known to differ across state lines. For example, some states place more severe limitations on non-compete and non-solicitation provisions. In those cases, the content will probably call attention to that.
